Keeping fit during and after pregnancy is important for both body and mind.


We will design a programme designed specifically to tone and strengthen your body to help you to either stay in shape safely during pregnancy, and/or to get you looking and feeling fabulous once you have had your baby.


You can come alone for some precious 'me' time or come along with your baby in a pram/carrier and get 'buggy fit'!
