Cycle your way to glutes of steel on our state of the art Keiser M3X bikes! 


Suitable for complete beginners to seasoned cyclists, all rides will provide an amazing total body workout benefitting all your muscle groups from your legs, core, upper body and back, together with an incredible caridovascular workout resulting in improvements in your stamina, blood flow and mood. Due to the intensity of the cardiovascular workout, studio cycling has huge calorie burning benefits of up to 600+ calories per 45 minute class!


Classes incorporate a mixture of training methods and will combine sprints, hills, endurance and intervals - they are all fast paced, seriously sweaty and will be guaranteed to have your heart pumping for the entire 45 minutes whilst you build and tone your muscles!


We offer one to one studio cycling training and will also be offering 60 minute power zone rides and FTP tests on a monthly basis and, timetable permitting, on request.
